RANGA REDDY
Rangareddy is a technocrat and industrialist with more than 25 years of experience in the field of aerospace design, manufacturing, assembly and tool manufacturing. His expertise also spans SPM design and manufacturing, test rigs manufacturing and commissioning for innumerable aerospace projects in India.

After completing his M.Tech, Rangareddy began his career with HAL. He then went on to begin his own venture, Legend Designers, which specializes in tooling and manufacture of SPMs, aerospace structures, assembly jigs and slip rings. In 1998, he founded Legend Technologies, a company that offers end-to-end design and fabrication of aerospace assembly jigs. As Chairman and Managing Director of Legend, he has been involved in several domestic projects such as the light combat aircraft, advanced light helicopter, light combat helicopter, light utility helicopter, Jaguar and HJT36 as also export projects with the likes of Boeing and Airbus. He has also participated in manufacturing, assembly and testing of the ISRO projects like PSLV, GSLV and RLVTD; tooling and manufacturing of DRDO projects like the Lakhsya missiles; CSIR labs projects like SARAS and HANSA; and BEL for slip rings.
Dr. N. Shama Rao

SHAMA RAO
Dr. N Shama Rao retired as Outstanding Scientist from the Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA). A PhD in advanced fiber reinforced composites for aerospace from IIT Bombay, Dr. Rao is an aerospace research and development professional with over 43 years of experience in the areas of aircraft design, development, manufacture and flight testing.

His core competencies lie in the areas of advanced composites technology, aircraft materials, aerospace production technology, assembly, flight testing, product life cycle management and aircraft maintenance. Awarded the DRDO Scientist of the year 2009 by the Prime Minister of India, Dr. Rao has also served in leading institutions such as NAL and ISRO.
V. Swaminathan
Director– Marketing


SWAMINATHAN
V. Swaminathan is a supply chain specialist with 30 years of experience in the Indian aerospace industry. His core areas of expertise include tooling purchase, inventory and stores management, logistics, outsourcing, contract management, production engineering and business development. He holds a BE (Mech) from the Annamalai University and a PG Diploma in Management. He has also undergone a special training on Aircraft Tooling from CITD, Hyderabad.

After working with HAL for over 25 years, where he successfully implemented the Lean concept in supply chain management, Swaminathan went on to work with companies such as Wipro, Dorset, Future Aeronautics and Freight ACTS, handling varied supply chain and business development activities. He has experience in handling projects of Rolls Royce, Boeing, Airbus, Snecma, Moog, BAE, Honeywell and Pratt & Whitney.
S. A Sathya Murthy

SATHYAMURTHY
S.A. Sathyamurthy has over 40 years of research experience in the area of communications and has worked with many companies, including Fortune 500 companies like IBM, GE and Honeywell. His areas of expertise include avionics, communication networks, energy and process industries.

He is recognized for his contributions to many major projects across the globe and is known in the industry for his knowledge of best practices in innovation management, reuse practices, product management, system engineering and turnkey project implementation in addition to his technology expertise.
Dr.L.V Muralikrishna Reddy

MURALIKRISHNA REDDY
Dr. L V Muralikrishna Reddy, FIE, FIET, FIIPE, is a post-doctoral Fellow from the University of Kentucky, USA and a PhD – Energy Conversation and Management from the Bangalore University. He has over 20 years of experience in India and overseas spanning industry, academia and R&D. His areas of expertise include design, research, development, training and management specifically in the areas of energy system optimization, micro and nano systems, micro air vehicles, sensors for societal applications, engineering education and academic exchange programmes.

He is currently Chairman, Chemical Engineering Division Board of IEI; National Vice President, Indian Institute of Production Engineers and Indian Institute of Safety and Environment; Executive Secretary, Institute on Climate Change and Sustainability; President, Foundation for Educational Excellence, Team Tech Foundation, National Academy of Management and Entrepreneurship and Craniofacial Research Foundation; Member, IEI(All India), Sectional Committees of Civil and Chemical – Bureau of Indian Standards; and General Secretary, Engineering Design and Analysis Forum.

Muralikrishna has published 32 papers in the form of referred journals, symposia proceedings and monographs and has organized several national and international conferences, workshops and seminars.
P.V Menon

PV MENON
P.V.Menon , FCA , qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1975, securing the ninth rank in the Final examination. He began his professional career in Larsen & Toubro Ltd. where he served for over 7 years.

After serving as Finance Manager for another 5 years with the Dempo Group, he branched off into independent practice in 1987.

He is a Senior Partner in PV Menon & Associates, an accounting firm with 4 partners. As part of private practice he serves as financial advisor to several companies. He is also a Director on the board of a listed company.
